All in the Family Media Extravaganza

Okay, maybe it’s not so extravagant, but this blog post does include photos AND videos from our last show: “All in the Family – stories of apron strings, family feuds and the (not so) happy holidays.”

In order of appearance, here are the stories that were told at Jammin’ Java.

Geraldine Buckley gave us a hilarious story of some drunken penguins at a family meal.

Adam Ruben talked about that craziest type of relatives – the outdoorsy type.

Jessica Piscitelli shared how her relationship with her dad was transformed through illness.

Mel Harkrader Pine, a first time teller, told a heartbreaking story of his family’s experience with schizophrenia.

Jennifer Luu went on a quest for the magic of Christmas.

Dustin Fisher made us laugh and cry with his alphabetical portrait of his father.

Derek Hills conquered that most elusive of things, the perfect pair of jeans.

Special thanks to Christopher Yost for the photos and Kathryn Pasternak for the videos.
