Better Said Than Done is now offering an advanced storytelling workshop. The workshop is a four week course in writing, storytelling and performing.
If you have already taken a storytelling workshop with us, or another storytelling organization, and are looking to get a little deeper with your storytelling, this is the right workshop for you. Additionally, if you’d like to write a longer or more complicated story than what you would typically achieve in an eight minute piece, this is a great workshop to take.
Each week will begin with a new lesson on structure, characterization, drama, or performance, and will be followed by a period of workshopping, where students will be able to perform and get feedback on part or all of their stories.
Due to a lot of interest from graduates of our previous storytelling workshops, we are offering two different scheduled dates for this course. One will be starting on Wednesday, October 30th, at 7:00PM and will conclude on November 20th. The second workshop begins on Sunday, November 10th, and runs until December 1st.
